Where can I find a very long winter coat?

Does anyone know where is a good shop to buy very long coats (as long as possible)?
By “coat”, I mean a warm but not bulky or shiny coat, i.e. not a raincoat or a parka.
Preferably for a reasonable price, (ideally less than $150), and not too “bathrobey” looking.
